Just Church is a multi-ethnic church that welcomes everyone who wants to explore their faith and build a sense of community. We are dedicated to being the church just as expressed in the Bible: Spirit-filled, obedient, and loving, free of the world’s influences yet influencing the world, walking in righteousness yet being a place of grace.

Posture Perfect:
Managing your posture to reduce pain and stress in modern living
Our posture is an important part of everyday health in our modern times especially when many of us spend time on the computer or on our phones. But even in our regular lives, good posture when we walk, sit or lie in bed promotes a healthier lifestyle to reduces stress and pain.
We’ve invited Dr. Mohsen Kazemi to come to speak on this important topic as an outreach to our friends and family. Dr. Kazemi is a registered nurse, a doctor of chiropractic, a professor at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, a 6th degree black belt in Taekwando, and the Senior Pastor of Mohabat Church in Scarborough. Joining Dr. Kazemi are Euleen Lord who will give us a testimony on how she has dealt with back pain through her faith in God, and Rev. Dr. Timothy Quek who holds a PhD in Psychology and is the pastor of our sponsoring church, Just Church. Dr. Quek will talk about what happens when faith meets stress and pain.
